Blanket, Comforter & Duvet Laundry Service (Pick Up & Delivery)
At My Silver Tree, we understand the importance of maintaining a clean and comfortable home environment and how a fresh, clean bed can enhance rest and overall well-being. Our Comforter & Blanket Laundry Service is designed to make life easier for older adults and their families by taking care of those large, heavy items that don’t fit in a regular washer.
We provide convenient pick-up and delivery, handling each item with care and attention. Every wash is done using gentle detergents and proper settings to help preserve fabric quality and freshness. To make our service even more accessible, we also offer special package pricing when two or more items are sent for cleaning.
Important Service Information:
Laundry pick-up and delivery times may vary depending on location and scheduling availability. Clients will be notified in advance of any changes.
• Only washable household items such as comforters, blankets, and duvets should be included for service. Items that require special dry-cleaning care are not accepted.
• My Silver Tree is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, color fading, fabric shrinkage, or pre-existing damage.
• While we take great care in every wash, we cannot guarantee complete stain removal.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring no personal items (such as jewelry, papers, or electronics) are included with laundry.
• My Silver Tree is not responsible for any items lost or damaged if left unattended for pick-up or delivery as per customer instructions.
• Any concerns or reports of missing or damaged items must be communicated within 5 business days of delivery.
